COUCH Health is looking for an organised and self-motivated Project Executive, to support the Health Engagement team. This role will be within the Health Engagement division and will support both the research and partnerships teams in delivery of key objectives. This is a varied role with responsibility for administrative support, patient recruitment for clinical trials support, as well overall team support. The Health Engagement team is a high-performing team with a clear sense of purpose: to develop long-term partnerships which will improve research participation for a diverse population, conversely contributing to advances in health research and support.

For this role, we are looking for people who would like to pursue a career in patient recruitment, which is an element of health engagement. To be that person, do you have a background in clinical trials, or maybe a recent graduate looking for your first opportunity within clinical trials looking for that company who is going to give them that chance and develop them as a professional.

Your role

Key tasks and duties:

  • Support completion of all start-up and project management documentation
  • Budget management including but not limited to: Inputting into client invoicing, obtaining vendor quotes and creating task orders
  • Input into of creation of artwork, website, digital campaigns and retention item selection
  • Support translation process
  • Support print and shipping process

Internally, within COUCH Health you will work closely with the following:

  • Health Engagement research team, notably the Health Engagement Project Manager
  • Creative team, notably the design and copy team
  • Digital engagement team, notably the Director of Digital Engagement

Externally to COUCH Health, you will work closely with the following:

  • Patient groups in a specific disease area, across multiple countries
  • Community groups across multiple countries
  • Partners (suppliers) who work with COUCH Health

Excellent communication skills are also essential with the ability to be professional, approachable and friendly in dealing with the public and colleagues across the organisation, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire patient and community groups.

  • Excellent administrative skills from working in a busy office environment
  • Confidence using the phone and email to contact supporters and suppliers
  • Experience maintaining processes and procedures
  • Experience working in a fast paced, multi-faceted environment

  • Demonstrable ability to work to achieve shared organisational goals
  • Digital engagement and content generation, with a creative approach to engaging a variety of different audiences.

  • Conducting research and presenting your findings to others.
