In 2002, a deeply personal tragedy struck one of our founders when he lost his father to prostate cancer — a loss that might have been preventable. This experience highlighted the urgent need for greater diversity and inclusion in healthcare.
Moved by this realisation, co-founders Ash and Katie Rishi decided to take meaningful action. In 2015, they founded COUCH Health with a clear purpose: to bring a human touch to health. Their vision went beyond statistics and industry convenience, focusing on the genuine needs of individuals and the communities they belong to. From this commitment, COUCH Health emerged, dedicated to making a true difference.
Now, COUCH Health is a growing agency, based in Manchester, UK. We’re a global agency, with projects across the US, Canada, Latin America, Europe, and Australia. The COUCH Health team all share one mission: to make clinical research more diverse, inclusive, and accessible.
